of Stay:
CHECK IN: Not before 14.00 o’clock.
CHECK OUT: The rooms have to be cleared by 10.00 o’clock,
otherwise they will be charged for another night. For late
arrivals and earlier departures up to 3 days the regular accomodation
price will be charged additionally to the actual period of
the stay. Please inform us if you will arrive
later than 10 p.m. Stays usually are from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals during the week on request. The chosen arrangement
(bed and breakfast, halfbord, fullbord) will be charged for
the entire stay as it has been booked with the
reservation. Your reservation is only valid when we receive
an initial payment. Notice: We cannot confirm any wishes for
specific rooms
already with your booking.
Tennis group lessons can be booked together with your room
reservation up to 7 days befor arrival. € 10,00 will
be charged additionally for Last-Minute-bookings.
Tennis group lessons cannot be paid with credit cards.
Small pets are welcome but are not allowed in the breakfast-
and diningroom
and pay 4,- Euro per day.

A completely renovated, country-style house in the middle
of luxuriant greenery, about 1 km from the hotel, has an apartment
(about 70m2) consisting of 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dish-washer,
living room with fireplace, Bedroom with 1 bed sofa (bunk beds) for 2 persons, bathroom with shower,
washing machine and two fantastic balconies.
Equipment Casa FORNACI:
Newly constructed country cottage, quietly located in the
countryside. Distance 1,5 Km to Hotel “Pineta Campi”. Living
room with kitchen (dishwasher included), open fire, spacious
terrace (ideal for dining). Two double bed rooms (in one of
them a third bed can be added). Bathroom with shower/WC,
TV-Sat.
Conditions of Stay:
On the day of departure, the apartments must be cleared
by 10 a.m. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
The apartments are ready for occupation between 4-9 p.m.
Arrivals and departures during the week on request.
Small pets are allowed.
We kindly ask you to settle the balance of the accommodation
bill during the first days of your stay.
